WHAT BAND SIZE SHOULD I PURCHASE?
It depends on the workout you are trying to do. Personally, we use both. While on the stair master we prefer the 30" bands because it allows us to extend our legs a little more. During a workout, we use both bands interchangeably.
Also, the lower you put the band the more resistance you will get.
